My career

​

I have always been mobilized to challenge organizational paradigms and connect the purpose of people with that of companies. For more than twenty years I have been a People Leader in Fortune 500 and Forbes Global 2000 corporations such as Microsoft, Walmart, Telefónica and Falabella. I held the role of Chief People Officer leading digital and cultural transformation processes, becoming responsible for 50,000 people, with recognition in Great Place to Work, Merco Talento and others.

My passions

In 2017 I decided to diversify and be a lifelong learner. I took a course on innovation and exponential technologies at Singularity University USA, completed an MBA from the Catholic University of Chile, and became a postgraduate professor at this same faculty. In 2021 I was the first Chilean instructor at Linkedin Learning, where my future of work courses have reached tens of thousands of students.

Since 2017 I have been a Mentor at WoomUp promoting the development of women and entrepreneurs and I am also an advisor for technological ventures and innovation at StartUp Chile.

-To formgraduate professionals and improve the skills of thousands in Latin America and Spain with online courses

- Supportto entrepreneurs in the creation of the businesses of the future as a mentor in innovation and entrepreneurship

My background and world? 

I am an MBA and Organizational Psychologist from the Catholic University. Diploma in Corporate Communications U. Pompeu Fabra. CTI Certified Coach. Specialization in exponential technologies at Singularity University USA and University College Dublin Ireland. Chilean-Spanish, married and mother of Julieta and Franco.
